went tuition for the second time yesterday.

classroom damn cool, totally silvery-white with mirrors around, only bad thing is board is at the side of the room, which means i have to turn around for half of the lesson and the people at the other side have to turn around for the rest.

Went to takashimya with family sat, took some pictures on the chirstmas decorations, and was amazed by the amount of people on the streets, cuz during 1997-1998, there was hardly any people on Orchard road at all, and the economy now is not any better

for dinner, we went to Soul Garden, I think we met a Maple guild outing, cuz the table beside ours was talking about Mpale ALOT. and they were all in their 20s,O.o

Ate quite alot cuz its buffet, in the end felt guailan and BBQed a piece of watermelon

Countrary to popular belief, being in Camp 1 is not so good after all

except for the fact that we got our own private toilets, so we can bathe in 6 cubicles, male n female.

saw a 'Ghost Story' in uweekly today. My first thought: FAIL

Story goes like this:

1 fat guy (worse than Big K, he 100kg leh) feel loney during Valentine day, so he got eat oranged by a pond (why oranges...)

then he feel sian and throw oranges into the pond (pls lar... how u know fishes wont hate u for zhamming their skulls with those oranges...)

then he see a girl who was also eating oranges (dun get why oranges)

then they date and eat oranges together (can eat better stuff? like cake or something... who eats oranges during a date?)

then oneday the guy decide to watch movie with her, but the girl refuses to leave the bench.

she said: 'Sorry, i cant walk. I can only drift'

then the guy never dared to go near that pond again.

My opinion: that guy is trying to one day rape her

This was last week but who cares about lateness

It was in East coast Park, ok, not very far, but the crazy Exco booked pit 79 and 80, the pits at the FAR END OF EAST COAST PARK

i went to bedok station, and took a taxi there. it was $7+.

HOW DID TAXI FARES BECOME SOOOOOOOOOO HIGH

and i thought the price increase was only minimal.

All sec2 iSparkians started to play soccer, while we BBQed and ate those sausages, chicken wings etc

Only 4-5 seniors turned up, HOW THE HELL IS IT 'REUNION' dinner.

then it was night, and the iSparkians played 'no-light soccer' (i was not one of them even though im an iSparkian)

and FINALLY the ExCo brought out the pork ribs to cook

Then we tried to make a bonfire, only to find out that the twigs and leaves that w found are too little

So the Exco used tissue papers

the fire was very big, but short lived.

so we abandoned it.

when we finished, it was around 10pm

so i decided to call a taxi home.

but the taxi driver heard wrong (or is it my fault?) n went to the wrong place.

so i called for another 1

but this taxi driver went to Area C when im in Area G

thus when i got up the taxi, it was 10.40

when i reached home, it was 11+

We all love Mr Hon don't we?

Last year he set us home before school ends whenever he liked.

Now he forced all tests to be postponed to week 8 so as to not spoil our fun during CNY

So this week is another week which is normal but not that normal.

We started learning DNA in Bio, and we had and experiment which we extracted DNA from Banana cells.

Seems like me and Benjamin were the most sucessful group, as we managed to extract one bg chink of gooey and slimy stuff which Mrs Koh claimed that it is DNA

And for english Sci-fi novels are giving me a headache.

For my novel, i wrote 1.1k words but was not based on the clip AT ALL.

I totally forgot about that part.

So the teacher got pissed and wrote a hell lot of stuff on my paper.

Whatever, so now i have to think of another plot as he said my writing skills are not good enough to write about paradoxes.

Anyway today i saw a road accident roght after i alighted from the bus.

as we start to learn the sec 2 syllabus, there are alot of new things for us to discover and sometimes we had to accept the harsh truth.

Suddenly the topic which always stirrs up excitement had became repulsive.

We learned about sexual reproduction in Bio this week.

We got bombarded by digusting pictures and comics about sexually transmitted diseases, and the most disgusting of all, Abortion.

For the diseases our teacher showed us pictures and videos (real life pictures, but it is too repulsive to be considered ad prawn), on infected areas.

There was a totally swollen up organ and rashes could be seen around it.

Now for Abortion

Steps for abortion:

1. insert an instrument into down there to hold the foetus' head
2. insert another instrument to cut the foetus into pieces
3. insert the third instrument to crush the foetus' head, before sucking the remains out.

OMG

The most digusting part is when they showed us the cut up foetus, which was lying in blood and 'looked' at us with its innocent eyes.

Some freaky recipie for "ice kachang"

1. Go to any hawker centre and buy 1

Actually, jus joking. =] Since i dun have a handphone, i am currently unable to post any pics of it. But here is what i always like to eat when im doing hw or playin comp games:

Ingredients: a cup of any drink (suggested: Ice Lemon Tea, H2O, Normal Coke)

1. Place the cup of drink in the refridgerator.
2. after an hour, take it our and break the ice on the surface of the contents
3. mix with the liquid beneath the ice.
4. Repeat for 3 times.
5. leave in fridge for a day.
6. using a spoon, rapidly scratch the surface(hard) ice to reveal the soft ice cantained.
7. break the ice using the spoon into small pieces, do not break everything, leave some chunks behind.
8. mix
9. Enjoy <(^_^)>

It taste quite nice for such a simple thing, so next time instead to just drinking ur drinks, try this method.

Too lazy to think of a title

The reason why i didnt post for the last few days is because i had a heavy headache EVERYDAY (didnt know what happened... i always have headache after 7pm) Even Panadol had no effect on it.

On thursday there was a blackout in the school at abt 7.15 am, and when it happened i could hear Kai Cong shouting 'which f***er went to off the lights'. at about 8am, i could see strange-looking smoke coming out near the gym. They say there was a fire in the power room near the gym, but dunno whether its true. During the time without electricity, everyone went out of their classes and sat either on the staircases or in the corridors as it was too hot in the classroom. during music lesson we went to Poolside Cafe and jus chat and play handphone games. However electricity came back after 40 mins and we had lessons again... (so sad...)

On friday we were released early as we had to vote in the Project's day Grand Finals Poster Contest. I voted for the Cat-7 project, (that one abt litreture abt the neitherworld, had to cuz its somthing abt ghosts) and after that i stayed in the comp lab to do my flash homework (must...find...a way...to...upload...it...into...Blogger!!!)

The reason why i have not been posting during the holidays is MY COMPUTER ALWAYS SHOWS A BLANK WHENEVER I WANT TO POST. But anyway I finally got a chance to post.
So during my holidays:
I stayed at home all day and played comp 10 hours a day during weekdays, and on saturday i stayed up(again) until 4am to attend a Tip It event in Runescape (Well, more like a party). We went to Draynor manor at 3.00am Singapore time wearing our oddest costumes. then we formed a line and went to the Wizards' tower with a full inventory of logs. This is my costume:

For those of u hu know how to play RS, Im wearing a Rune H3 helm, Str ammy trimmed, Dragonhide Body Gold Trimmed, Wizard Robe Bottom Gold Trimmed (aka Blue Skirt Gold Trimmed), Rune H5 shield, and Skull Sceptre. For those who never played Rs before, if u agree that its odd, maybe u can tell be by tagging in the tagbox. Anyway in this costume, i actually WON the odd costume contest. the organisers called each person to stand on 1 square, and the organisers jus walked through us to judge. However, the winner of the odd costume contest received an equally odd prize. I got a Goblin Mail(armour for goblins, odd because there isnt messages on it)
Before the judging of the odd ocatume contest, we 'burned' up the Wizard's tower(IOW set fire around it) This is a screenshot:

We did it for absolutely nothing except fun, joy and laughter.

My mother(dunno how, well SOMEHOW) got and VIP ticket to the screening of High School Musical 2, however, i forgot that she was taking me to watch it so i ate dinner at home before it... (there was a buffet there) But i still ate some sushi and prawns there. Anyway 罗志祥came and just got interviewed on a small stage for a short while before disappearing (to get more interviews perhaps) and i could SWEAR i saw Xiu Jing in the middle of his fans. but anyway i now know what Derme/Dabutte/dunno which/well JOSHUA YEO mean.(read his blog abt how he hate High School Musical 1) High School Musical 2 was not much of a difference. But at least they are more COLOURFUL than other films and thats probably 1 good point abt it.

Well that was my holidays and ill probably not post abt the weekdays between the holidays and now cuz im too tired...

Teachers' day

I know this is a bit late but i thought ill jus heck and write something though.

On teachers' day, i didnt go to school cuz my freakin grandmother thought i didnt need to at all as my sister didnt. so when i woke up its already abt 9am so i jus went to the library and read comics (obviously 棋灵王). Then at abt 11am, i met JunYang outside GESPS and then we went in.
Its amazing how 'colourful' he school has become, we, as the 'pioneers' of GESPS, witnessed how GESPS gradually became better. now its lyk its full of colours everywhere, and the students' facilities r better too. however, i believe there is a hopscotch area missing... maybe the paint wore off or something.
Anyway after meeting ex-classmates (Jia Sheng was saying hi to everyone, well at least ALOT more than me) we went to see Mrs Lee. She was surrounded by tons of ppl and i jus sat down and watch/listen. then the girls called us to sigh our names on a big card and after that we went to the canteen to eat lunch (some of us didnt want to, but the canteen food was way cheaper than Macdonalds anyway.
After that most of the boys went off so me, zhi xiang and junyang followed/irritated the girls for nothing as i think they were planning to go somewhere, but zhi xiang didnt want to continue halfway and so i went back to home.
That eveming i think i had fever as i was aching all over again, and amazingly i was able to bathe in hot water (i normally dun use hot water for bathing) but anyway, i guess im now normal.

I decided to change the music to the theme song of the 棋灵王 anime so if think its nice/not nice jus tag to show that this is not a piece of junk in the internet.

Today was worst than i thought

Firstly my body was aching all over and i dunno y. maybe i got a fever but i dun feeel any heat on my head at all. also my sunburn haven healed yet so its still quite pain. (i was shocked when i looked at my shoulder in a mirror, i wont be suprised if the doctor tells me tat i hav first-grade burn) and i hav heavy headache again, (not suprised, seeing as i got it before when i stayed up to play comp until 4am. I did it again <(^_^)>) but fortunately, this time is less heavy so i dun need to gulp panadol and cant go to sch.

During English we had our oral again, and i think Joshua Yeo did pretty well, compared to the ppl yesterday, and i couldnt remember the others as i was half-asleep. then during music i sang damn loud, but the teacher didnt notice as there r other crazy ppl too (lyk Freeman) and it really helped my to relieve.

After consortium assembly Mr Lee was tellin us hu r the top in class and hu made the most improvement and i made the forth most improvement i think, and everyone got an Mars Bar (and those freaky coconut sweets Mr Lee bought from China). then Cheng yong said i improved my MSG by 1.14 FINALLY MY MUM WILL BUY ME A HANDPHONE!!! if she dosent im goin to bug her until she does. Living without a handphone is SOOOOOO inconvinient.

Then after that we had the "Mini Scince Challenge" and our group jus slacked and didnt prepare at all. so in the end we jus sat beside and slept during the whole session, (partly because the presentors r too soft) and my body ached even more after that.

In the afternoon i was in the comp lab trying to do my flash assignment but in the end screwed up so i jus closed the whole thing, then i went to http://tv.mofile.com to watch Hikaru No Go (棋灵王) as Fang Xu watching it. The whole thing was in Japanese and seeing as i did not go for Japanese Third Lang i jus read the Chinese Subtitles.

Well i guess ill write until here and maybe ill sleep early today...

CSS2 Why do shawn have to win???

As everyone knows, CSS2 finals was held yesterday and everyone knew Shawn will win (and he did). Why??? This season was not interesting at all, there is a trend in every competition: The winner/2nd place/anywhere very near the top ALWAYS go through the survival round, so from that we can conclude that if u wants to win/acheive a hign place, u hav to be eliminated once. In this case, Shawn was eliminated once and the megazine i-weekly warned the organisers: Beware for the drop in the number of audiences. This shows that ALOT of ppl were supportig Shawn. And thats why him winning is so uninteresting. Everyone knew that he had to win. Im not saying that Shawn suck, but this is like those kiddie shows: the good one experience defeat, then aquire amazing luck and wins (Joshua Yeo hates this scene too, read his blog).

Anyway i jus came back from Sakae Sushi and currently feel lyk bashing monsters in game, so ill jus leave with this short post

Last day of fishing...

Today was the last day of the fishing sabbatical... well we had a competition in Pasir Ris park for the heaviest catch and the most catch. We reached Pasir Ris park at abt 9am and after setting up ou rods, we started to fish.
we fished in an enclosed pond fill with groupers, promphets, snappers... and there were a total of 80+ fishes in there. But unfortunately i did not catch even 1, although a stupid fish ate my prawn and refused to be hooked up on my hook... (now i understand y Li Chen hates fish so much, see his blog!!!) but the trainers caught lyk 10+ fishes and in the end they gave us 1 fish each. (I got a golden snapper, although i wanted the golden promphet very much...) we used LIVE prawns caught from another pond jus beside the fish pond, and my prawn amazingly stayed alive 4 1 and a half hrs even thoight there was a hook in its body. after the whole session, i jus released it into the fish pond. anyway the first time i felt a tug on my line i pulled the rod up too quickly, resulting my whole rig (Sinker, hook and bait) snapped off my main line. i attatched another and everytime my hook goes near a certain place in the pond, a stupid fish ate my prawn, not even touching the hook... clever fish. so abt 5 times i pulled up my line and saw either half a prawn or a headless prawn... and i failed to sucessfully pull a fish out from the pond.
After the session, i went back to school 4 chinese drama. well we spent the whole session carrying the props from the Drama Centre (on 2nd floor) to the props room on the first floor. the props were mostly gigantic ones which even required 4 sec 4 seniors to carry 1 piece, and there were 18 of them. Wow. the CDC had only 15+ sec 4s and we sec 1s couldnt do much except carrying those small props and there werent many. (it takes 8 sec 1s to carry 1 of the gigantic prop, and we didint know how. so u can imagine the time taken 4 us to carry 1 prop, 9n the end the seniors got pissed off at our amazing low speed).
After the session, we went to a restaurant in chinatown to celebrate the completion of the OTC play. well most of the food was quite nice and i was bloated after it. me and my friend was lost after that as chinatown was near my home but i didnt know how to go to the bus stop. But my friend called his father and we dinally found our way after it. HOWEVER, my golden snapper was decomposing after that and i had no choice but to throw it away... :( what a waste...

Monday: BACK TO LESSONS!!!

Well, today we went to Bedox jetty to fish and there r a damn hell of fishes there!!! Danny only dipped his hook in the water 4 abt 10 seconds only and he caught 1 fish!!! but i was not as lucky as him and didnt catch anything for abt 30 mins, then i pulled back the line and hooked a Puffer fish by the stomach!!! Li Chen took a pic but he didnt send me :(... thats the disadvantage of not havin a handphone... (anyway my mum agreed to buy me 1 soon after this term) after that we bought a better hook specilised in catching Taman fishes and a hell lot of fishes starting biting these fake baits!!! i caught lyk 7-8 fishes and Mr Toh caught lyk 20+ (which he gave to Strahan) and 1 guy collected alot of fishes fished by him and others to eat. (he said not 4 him, i wonder...)

Tomorrow will be the fishing competition at Pasir Ris park, Mr Toh said he booked a pond there 4 us to fish... Well i mus say that im looking forwad to it...

After a few months of resting in RealLife, I decided to come back (also by the pressure in the Tagboard). So let me give a summary of what ive done: (No pun intended)

After months and months of rehearsing, we finally finished the Chinese Drama annual production: The road to Presidency: Mr Ong Teng Cheong. As u can see, it is a play about Mr Ong Teng Cheong, Singapore's ex-president. The whole play was completed with only 2 actresses (Mr OTC's wife and his mother) and it is actually an acheivement. We pertformed last week (Mon-Sat) from 7.30pm-9.00pm (Meet at 2pm), furthermore we had to stay back to clear up so i barely had time to do homework (which is also a very good excuse to giv teachers =]). Anyway the school is going to treat everyone in the CDC this Friday as the play was requested by the school as a kind of education and therefore every student was forced to watch it lol.

Next is the Projects' Competition, now my group fail to make it into the finals but we achieved a grade of B+ anyway (we really screwed up during the presentation, we did not do any rehearsals so when the 7 minute limit is up, we were only half-done). so the reward for us is 8 bonus marks in IH (Geog and Hist merged) and 3 marks for all the extra subjects.

This week is the sabbatical week so we had to attend a course for the whole week without having lessons at all. I chose to attend a fishing course and discovered that fishing was not easy at all. After 2 days of theory lessons and casting-lessons, today we went to Labrador Park to fish using our brand new fishing rods (Yes truly ours, not rented) But i failed to catch anything=[. Anyway only 4 out of 24 of us managed to catch something so i guess we'll be better at Bedok Jett tomorrow... we used raw prawns as bait but due to a lack of scissors we had to use our hands to cut the prawn up (Which is gross, and our hands were very smelly after that), and i had a bad cut on the ankle (Some stupid idiot left his line on the floor and i tripped on it, causing the hook to cut a very long cut on my ankle.

Anyway thats all i want to write and hopefully i can upkeep this blog and not let it rot again =] (which has a higher chance now)
